Kim’s passion is in understanding what makes us tick, why we sabotage ourselves and don’t live the life we imagine. She loves to explore the paradigm of human behaviour and the importance of a growth mindset, it’s what inspires her to do what she does.

For many years she has been presenting to audiences large and small on self-care, self-love, aromatherapy, plant therapy, health, fitness, wellness, attitude and mindset… and the connecting thread of how to BE in the ‘work’ of showing up and being your absolute best, however that looks.

 

Kim is a highly skilled coach and mentor with qualifications in Advanced Personality Training, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy™, and Advanced and Conversational Hypnotherapy.

 

Kim has been immersed in this kind of ‘work’ now for more than three decades and is continuously inspired by the results so many achieve.

Alongside competing in ultra-distance running, representing Australia and setting a world record, Kim worked as a remedial therapist and personal trainer. For her, it felt natural to become more interested in the healing power of food, plants and a healthy mindset, given what they all did for her as an athlete.

Kim worked in clinical aromatherapy and homeobotanical therapy until she launched Twenty8 Essentials, a company dedicated to giving you the ultimate self-care tools in essential oils, in 2008.

After many years of application and research, she was drawn to learning from a number of different mentors specialising in the therapeutic use of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy® and Hypnosis. With her master’s qualification and a massive appreciation for this work, she proudly opens her door to you for private Breakthrough and Mentoring Sessions.

  • Relationships can be the most rewarding and most challenging part of life. Understanding others and communicating with your partner or the people important to you are the foundations of fulfilling and loving relationships. Supportive insights, coaching and mentoring can support both parties.

  • Whatever you think of pain it can be controlled and in many cases turned right down and switched off. No matter what the cause or the area of the body there can be ways to support the way you to think about it and change it.

  • Emotional eating, yo-yo dieting, blaming hormones or simply not liking yourself can all be driven by negative emotions that cause mental, emotional and physical harm. There are simple ways to remove limiting beliefs and emotions which then allow you to release the weight.

  • If you want it bad enough, then you can definitely quit smoking. If you are expecting a magic wand however, you won't. This is a chance to make the change. And maybe save yourself a minimum of $25k a year. And if you are truly ready, you will find it really easy to quit with hypnosis.
